Move-Out Cleaning Detail
Very professional owner, Dwayne, has a thorough and positive staff! My husband and I are retired veterans, and he is 100% disabled, so we could not do a move-out clean on our own. We had to reschedule due to problems with our move, and Dwayne was very accommodating. The team even came in the evening, to meet our needs! This team knows ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I gave them a description of the house, and a list of those things I thought needed priority. No problems, no questions, no discussion. It was done! We had Huskies in the house, so we worried about dog smell and of course, the hair! The team did their magic, and the hair disappeared, and surprise of surprises, the house smells wonderful!! We are so very pleased with this company! Hamilton's is definitely the answer for move-out cleaning. We didn't get to work with them on a weekly basis, and I'm sorry for that! Unfortunately, I don't believe we can count on them to drive 125 miles for weekly cleaning! Dwayne did remind us that he is a contractor, and can perform many household tasks, such as painting, putting up decks, and other construction projects. I will definitely give Hamilton's info to my son, who owns a house in Norcross! Randy and I definitely recommend Hamilton's cleaning service. They were perfect for what we required!

I called Hamilton's Cleaning & Contracting Specialist to Buff, Wax & Strip the Floors in my place of business. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they also came out on a Sunday to do it, so that our building would pass inspection the following day. What a great team that came out. They were on time and very professional and I enjoyed their time. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Powerwash Exterior Surfaces
I recommend Hamilton's Cleaning & Contracting to anyone that would need a good company to do pretty much ANYTHING IMPROVEMENT. For me they cleaned windows on one project and they pressure washed 17 units on my rental properties. I also got them to do the walkways the sidewalks AND the parking spaces. If anyone needs a good crew to do any of these services PLUS MORE call them. I am 100% satisfied.

Deep Clean House Interior
I had to get my father' s home cleaned before he was released from the hospital. The thing is, I waited to late. I had no idea how I was going to get this done within 24hrs, so I called Hamilton's Cleaning and believe it or not, they came out on Easter Sunday to clean his house. I couldn't believe they would spend Easter away from their family to come help me, how amazing is that and they did a super great job. My father wants us to hire them for a monthly service. I sincerely recommend Hamilton's to anyone needing a good cleaning.

Frustrated!!! Trying to find a quality home cleaning service. I was until I found Hamilton's Cleaning Specialist. I needed four bedrooms cleaned, including stairs, hallways, walls, baseboards, fans, windows etc. before painters and new carpeting could be installed. I called Hamilton's and spoke with Dwayne about what I needed. He explained in detail what they would do for me and worked on my timeline. The day of service they showed up on time and did a complete walkthrough of the areas. Upon completion of the cleaning their manager did a final inspection. I could not be more satisfied with Hamilton's Cleaning Specialist. Note: Will be scheduling them again very soon.
