I recommend Hamilton's Cleaning & Contracting to anyone that would need a good company to do pretty much ANYTHING IMPROVEMENT. For me they cleaned windows on one project and they pressure washed 17 units on my rental properties. I also got them to do the walkways the sidewalks AND the parking spaces. If anyone needs a good crew to do any of these services PLUS MORE call them. I am 100% satisfied.

I reached out to Hamilton's Cleaning and Contracting on a Saturday evening, between 8 and 9 pm, they responded, we spoke around 10 pm and the next day (Sunday) they arrived my home at 2 pm--if that is not 5 star customer service I do not know what is!!! Upon entering the home, all three members of the crew entered with masks and shoe covers on and cleaning supplies in their hands cleaning as we were speaking and discussing the project; three hours later we were shaking hands and discussing how to have them come back either on a biweekly or monthly basis as well as returning the following day (Monday) to professionally steam clean two area rugs/carpets. This has been one of if not the best experience I have had with a cleaning crew--HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was short on time and they got me in the next day and were able to even work within time constraints I had that day, coordinating with me and keeping me very informed throughout the process. My daughter recently purchased a house built in 1925 that had not been very well kept. I called Hamilton's Cleaning Specialist and they quickly came to our rescue! My daughter was 9 months pregnant so we needed a deep, deep cleaning right away. Dwayne Hamilton called me and we discussed all that needed to be done and he provided me with a quote, and a very reasonable quote, for the amount of work to be done. He was able to schedule it in just a couple of days. His incredible team showed up one hour early, worked non-stop, and worked later than planned. They wouldn't even stop to take a lunch break. They were EXTREMELY THOUROUGH; we were absolutely astonished when they were finished because the house looked AWESOME! Dwayne even sent before and after pictures to me throughout the day during the cleaning. They were professional. They were kind. They were accommodating. They paid attention to detail. They are hard workers. They were absolutely amazing! Dwayne's team did an EXTRAORDINARY job! I give Hamilton's Cleaning Solutions my highest recommendation.
